Problem using camera with Raspi OS Bullseye 64 bit

Hello taskit-team,

I have a PiCam module with a Raspberry Pi Camera NoIR V2 - 8MP and a Compute Module 4 - 2GB RAM, 32GB eMMC, 2.4/5.0GHz Wi-Fi & Bluetooth 5.0 (CM4102032). Unfortunately, it seems I'm not able to make the camera to work on Raspi OS Bullseye 64 bit but libcamera always returns ERROR: no cameras available

If tried flashing the picam_module210222.img Image and it works perfectly. Any idea on how to make the camera work on Raspi OS Bullseye 64 bit?

Hello,

Sadly im not very familiar with Raspi OS Bullseye but I found an Github bug report for Motion that might be related and can help you.
https://github.com/Motion-Project/motion/issues/1434
that post is linked to an article that describes how to enable the legacy camera stack,
https://forums.raspberrypi.com/viewtopi ... 8#p1935591
maybe try, if you can get some output with that to confirm if its a problem with the libcamera suite or Bullseye in general and you need to enable the camera first in some settings.
